  • Syed H. Rayhan

    Co-founder, Cheif Executive Officer

    After twelve years of designing multi-faceted IT solutions for financial services companies, Syed H. Rayhan, co-founder of Code71, is putting his skills to the test by leading the company to provide a comprehensive suite of development, maintenance, and support services to a growing list of clients.

    Syed holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School, as well as, an MS in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida and an undergraduate degree from BUET (Bangladesh University of Engineering Technology) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. Syed is a member of the Scrum Alliance and is co-author of Enterprise Java with UML (pub. Wiley & Sons).

  • Omar Rayhan

    Co-founder, General Manager, Off-shore Development Center

    With more than a decade of experience behind him, Omar joined Code71 in its infancy to help the company compete globally and build out its offshore development center in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He worked as an off-shore technical lead for PCIWiz for six years. Previously, Omar worked as an independent consultant leveraging his technological savvy to help Bangladesh based companies. To his credit, Omar was the first to produce a marketable training program for Visual Basic for PCS Ltd.

    Omar is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer and Certified Scrum Master.

  • Nimat Haque

    Co-founder, Executive Vice President

    In a leadership role for the past eight years with Capital One, Nimat has demonstrated her ability to build and lead teams to successful outcomes. With an impressive background in Impact Analysis, Nimat rounds out the Code71 management team and brings a passion for leveraging technology to drive results.

    Nimat holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School , as well as, an MS in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida and an undergraduate degree from BUET (Bangladesh University of Engineering Technology) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. Additionally, Nimat is currently serving on the board of CASA. Previously she served on the board of the Commonwealth of Virginia Girl Scouts Association for 2 years.


  • S. M. Sohan

    Senior Software Engineer

    Sohan joined Code71 as a software engineer with experience in ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server. Apart from the MS technologies he is also fluent in Ruby on Rails, Java, Oracle, PHP and MySQL. He is a contributor to www.codeproject.com with articles focusing Web Technologies.

    Sohan holds a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technologies (BUET). He is a MCP (Microsoft Certified Programmer). He is also a certified scrum master(CSM).

  • Syed Samiuzzaman

    Software Engineer

    Sami joined Code71 team in 2006 as a software engineer. He is experienced in .Net, Ruby on Rails, and PHP technologies. Before joining Code71, Sami worked as a software engineer for a Bangladesh based company where he worked on various software projects for local as well as foreign companies.

    Sami holds a BS in Computer Science from American International University - Bangladesh.

  • Fuad Bin Omar

    Software Engineer

    Fuad has 2 years of experience in ASP .NET, SQL Server Technologies. He has been with Code71 since January, 2007. Before joining code71, he worked on online bill payment and clinic management solution for a US-based company-- ePaymentSoft Solutions Inc. He is a contributor to www.codeproject.com focusing on Web Technologies.

    Fuad holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology, Bangladesh. Currently he is pursuing an MBA in Finance from Dhaka University, Bangladesh. He is also a certified scrum master(CSM).

    Software Engineer

    Morshed joined Code 71 as a software engineer in April, 2007. He has experience in ASP.NET, PHP, Ruby on Rails and Ajax. Before joining Code71, Morshed worked for Millennium Information Solution Ltd.

    Morshed holds a BS in Computer Science from Asian University of Bangaldesh.

  • Fattahul Alam (Faruk)

    Software Engineer

    Fattah has 2+ years of experience in JAVA Technology. He joined Code71 Team in November, 2007. Before joining Code71, he worked at United IT Global Net, a Japan-Bangladesh join venture IT company, where he worked on an e-learning system. He has experience in Java and J2EE using Spring, Hibernet, Wicket and JSF as well as in Ruby on Rails.

    Fattah holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology, Bangladesh.

    Rubaiat joined Code71 team in 2007 after completion of his graduation. He holds a B. Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET). He has experiences in .Net, Java and SQL Server technologies.

    Ratul joined Code71 team in December 2007 after completing his graduation from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) major in Computer Science & Engineering. Before joining Code71, he worked on a blood-bank management system for WHO (World Health Organization) in Bangladesh using .Net C# and SQL Server2000. He is experienced in C#, ASP.NET, PHP, Java, SQL Server, Oracle and MySql.

    Tonmoy Saha joined Code71 team in October 2007 as . Before joining Code71, he worked at Assets Development & Holding Ltd. as a Financial Analyst for 3 years. Prior to that, he worked as a Financial Report Analyst at Asia Star Logistics Ltd for 2 years.

    He completed his MBA from International Business Administration and Information System University in Dhaka. Currently, he is perusing Master's in Bank Management form Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management.

He also worked as a junior programmer in UNDP for the National ID project of Bangladesh.

    Sadique holds a B.Sc. in CSE from BUET. Currently he is pursuing M.Sc. in CSE from the same university.

    Mr. Wielar received his BS in Commerce with Distinction from the University of Virginia and his MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth where he was a Tuck scholar.

    Kimberly C. Moore

    Kimberly C. Moore has been a lifelong resident of Richmond, VA. She graduated from Lee-Davis High School, Hanover, VA, in 1982 and graduated from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA, in May 1986, with a bachelor of arts degree. Her major at UVA was foreign affairs.

    She became employed by Sovran Bank in October 1982, the predecessor bank to Bank of America, and continues to this day. She has worked in various capacities, first in corporate trust and now in technology and operations as a senior operations analyst, performing client data integrity to measure client profitability. In May 2007, she graduated with a master's degree in public administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. She currently serves on three nonprofit boards: vice president on the Richmond Area Bicycling Association, treasurer on the Brain Injury Association of Virginia and board member of the Saint Francis Home.
